BelRE (short for Belgrade Real Expo) is the premier and exclusive real estate and investment fair in Serbia and former Yugoslavia.
At the beginning of November 2006, recognizing the growing interest for real estate investments in Serbia and the region, the first BelRE Real Estate and Investment Fair was held with the aid of SIEPA, Belgrade Land Development Agency, City of Belgrade, and Ministry for International Economic Relations. The Fair was named for the city of its origin, which was awarded the title "City of the Future in Southern Europe" that same year at the largest European real estate fair in Cannes.

BelRE assembles landowners, investors, developers, consultants, designers, contractors, investment funds, banks, insurance companies, creditors, and end users, with the intent to provide a single meeting point for all participants in the regional real estate market, enabling them to exchange experiences, ideas, and visions, and to initiate new joint projects.
At the same time, the Fair is an opportunity to present local projects, companies, and services to the professional audiences, as well as to promote the current investment potentials in Serbia and the region.

For three years now, BelRE has been showcased at all major real estate and investment fairs in Europe and Russia (MIPIM, Real Vienna, Expo Real, FDI, MREF) and with each passing year, it has managed to capture increasing attention from foreign investors and their advisors.
With over 90 exhibitors and 4500 visitors, BelRE has become the most attractive event of the regional real estate market.
