At the fair in Vienna it's similar situation - the crisis has been stopped the development and expansion of large companies into new markets, but interest in investing in Serbia is still there," said Dusica Gaković, Editor of the BelRE magazine and PR Manager of BelRE Real Estate and Investment Fair .

"Now everyone is saying that Serbia has significant potential for the development of the real estate market, actually the largest in the region, and that's what makes us optimistic. We have been presented a number of projects ready for investment, which have been developed in line with European standards. On the cover page of this issue is one of the possible appearance of Block 12, which captures with its modern and monumental design," added Dušica Gaković.

"Visiting MIPIM and the Real Vienna Fair we used also for the promotion of 5th BelRE Real Estate and Investment Fair, which is traditionally held in early November.
