The international Real Estate and Investment Fair will be presented at this year's Real Estate and Investment Fair FDI EXPO 2008, which will be held in London on the 24th and 25th of June.
BelRE 2008 will be presented together with, and as a part of SIEPA, Serbia's Investment and Export Promotion Agency, and VIP, Vojvodina Investment Promotion, at booth B11.
Under the sponsorship of SIEPA and the City of Belgrade, this year will mark BelRE Fair's third anniversary, which will take place between the 30th of October and the 1st of November at the Belgrade Fair, gathering under one roof, like previous years, the local and foreign developers, landowners, institutions, investors, consultants, banks, insurance companies, contractors, designers...
BelRE is the first and only real estate fair in the region of former Yugoslavia, and it is aimed at everyone interested in investing in Serbia and the region, as well as those who wish to receive all the current and necessary information from the field of real estate.
Following the FDI EXPO, BelRE will be presented at Europe's largest real estate fair in Munich in October, and, at the end of October, Belgrade will take up the torch and become the real estate capital of Southeast Europe and the Balkans.
The second BelRE fair had over 80 exhibitors, and this year's fair is expectated to double that number, considering the huge amount of interest shown.
