BelRE,
Belgrade Real Expo, International Property and investment fair will be
presented at Real Estate fair in Vienna during the period of 27th until
29th of May 2008.. For the third time BelRE will be organized with support from Serbian Investment and Export Agency (SIEPA) during the period of 30th of October until the 1st of November 2008 at Belgrade Fair. This event will again gather at one place domestic and foreign developers, investors, property owners, institutions, consultants, banks, project managers, construction companies, insurance companies, etc...
BelRE fair is the first and only Real Estate fair in the area of ex Yugoslavia covering the all investment interests of this region.
Since the real estate market in this region of Europe is in great expansion. Beograd as natural center of the region can offer grat service and information like every other real estate fair in Canes, Munich, Vienna. We came to Vienna with intention to invite foreign investors to come to BelRE in order to find out great potential for making profit from the real estate business in Serbia and region says Milos Rajsic director of BelRe fair.
After Real Vienna we are making preparations for the real estate fair in London for the end of June, and of course in October we will be also at the largest real estate fair in Munich.
Second Belre had more than 80 exhibitors and we expact that this amount will be doubled this year.
