1. Who are we?

Kuće Beodom is a Serbian real-estate development d.o.o. founded in April 2006 with French/Serbian capital.

2. What do we do?

Kuće Beodom specializes in developing quality, low-energy apartment buildings, using renewable energy such as geothermal and solar. Kuće Beodom works with many international partners, bringing together innovative solutions and designs, to match the best western standards in its buildings.

3. How did we develop?

Kuće Beodom is currently building what will be the first low-energy residential building in Serbia. This project combines excellent thermal insulation, a geothermal heat pump for heating and cooling, and thermal solar collectors for sanitary hot water.

4. Why are we at BelRE?

Kuće Beodom will present its innovative concepts and realizations. Kuće Beodom is looking for partners/investors to accelerate its growth and undertake bigger projects.
