Studiodosi - we plan differently

1. Who are we?

We are an architectural and engineering firm, based in Ravenna, north Italy, since 1999. The firm is owned by Stefano Dosi, engineer, and formed with Claudia Cirolli, architect, and takes advantage of high-profile specialized partners, all engineers & architects.

Stefano Dosi is also professor at Bologna University, Faculty of Engineering & Architecture since 2000. We have Serbian native people in our group, so we can deal with Italian, English and Serbian languages.

2. What do we do?

We work mainly in the fields of architectural and urban planning, with particular interest in urban requalification and redevelopment, industrial requalification and new premises, residential/hotel design and museum/institutional building planning. Other activities involve planning of public and social spaces, within urban developments or sub-urban new areas.

3. How did we develop?

We believe in method. As we have two main developed “lines”, they empower and gain results from each other: one is for all kind of technical services for industrial premises (ENI, Italgas, Ecofuel, Hera & others), while the other deals mainly with architectural services for private investors (hotels, commercial, offices and residential mid-to-big size premises). As well we participate (and won) to competitions and tenders both open and by invitation/curriculum.

4. Why are we at BelRE?

• Strengthen the relationship with our main client in Serbia, Kuće Beodom d.o.o., presenting our new low-energy works in Belgrade together.
• Meet new investors (domestic or foreign) looking for high quality residential, commercial, offices premises all-over Serbia and nearby countries, in order to develop good architecture and high-end projects as we already gained experience, resources and means.
• Meet other architects and engineers in order to establish, in a middle-term period, a Serbian branch of our firm

5. Which partners do we have?

We have a strong net of technical & commercial partners in order to develop all the different parts of a project: 3TI Progetti Italia s.r.l. for structural & plant engineering, CREA s.r.l. for safety & risk analyses, IGEAM s.r.l. for environmental & energy researches, dott. G. Orselli for landscape planning. Overall group turnover in the past 5 years is over 60 Milions Euro.

We are also one of the four partners forming a new Serbian engineering company, Zivot HSE d.o.o. based in Belgrade (Stefano Dosi as director) with strong commercial and technical relationships with similar companies in Serbia (University of Nis and Institute for Safety of Novi Sad).

In Serbia we are working for Kuće Beodom d.o.o., supplying architectural projects for low-energy residential premises now building in Belgrade. We developed about 5.000 sqm of high quality low-energy residential surface in Serbia.
