TEHNICOM CONSTRUCTION Llc. was founded in 2001 as the company for planning, engineering and construction, with the strategy of stable development and its own personnel and know-how. The Company make part of the Tehnicom group. TEHNICOM CONSTRUCTION built over 15.000 m2 in 2007 which is, so far, more than 40.000 m2 of completed structures.

NEW SIRMIUM, Sremska Mitrovica

Project description:

Shopping mall NEW SIRMIUM is situated in Sremska Mitrovica on an exceptional location bordered by the highway E-70 to the north, the regional road 116 Sremska Mitrovica-Ležimir to the west and city roundabout route to the south.
The complex includes 6 halls alloted around the central parking for visitors, surrounded with delivery traffic line. The entrance to the complex is from the city roundabout route. Five halls are developed on the ground level and only one, hall " C", has one upper floor too. Entrances to the halls are from the central parking for visitors, and from the delivery line for goods. There is planned 487 parking lots for visitors and 94 for staff.

Gross building area of the complex is 35.440 m2. It is planned for the project to be constructed in phases:

phase I	- hall A - 7.092,68m² - hall B - 4.576,28 m²
phase II	- hall C -8.435,74 m² - hall D -5.623,65 m²
phase III	- hall E - 4.638,28 m² - hall F - 5.073,37 m²

Market:

Sremska Mitrovica is situated on the left bank of Sava river and represents the administrative and cultural center of district of Srem. Through the town passes international highway and the railroad and it is located on only 15 km away from international airport “Nikola Tesla”. It is one of the oldest European cities. The distance from BiH border is 30 km and from Croatian border 20 km. The capital Belgrade lies on 60 km away from the town and Novi Sad i 50 km away. It's an industrial city with agricultural plant, meat-packing industry and can factory, factory for processing of cellulose and paper, sugar factory, mill and baker industry and waterpower engineering organization.
Many of well-known international companies placed their investments on the territory of Sremska Mitrovica, in 2007 more than 12 million € (OMV, Mitsidis Point, Slavije-med, Tuš, Vegrade, Moeller, Metalfer Steal Mill etc.).

Value:

Overall value of the project is 25 million €. Dead line for realization of the project is three years – first phase is to be finished until the end of current year. Beginning of construction is planned for autumn 2008.
